It should be stated now that the following procedures do not 'specifically' deal with correcting blemished skin, or otherwise 'repairing' a photo. Everything done in the photo retouching effect seen here was simply painted on. Then specific "Blend Modes" were used to create a "beauty makeover" type of effect.
